"Jeff Smith was our realtor when we bought our house in the San Diego area in 1996. Having bought and sold several houses through the years (we were a military family) I have had experience with a number of real estate agents. Jeff, by far was the best. He showed integrity,. honesty, an extensive knowledge of the area and the current market. Friends, as well as my son, used Jeff as their agent (several times - as buyers and sellers) and couldn't have been more pleased. When we sold our house in 2017, Jeff, of course, was our listing agent, and remains a friend today. What I always appreciated most about Jeff was his honesty, enthusiasm and perseverance. "A year back we had attended a home buying seminar that Move Up was a part of, mingled with a few people, but we weren't ready just yet at the time. Fast forward to this year in March, it was as if Rachel knew we were looking and called us at the most opportune moment. We had little knowledge of the home buying process, but Rachel made everything so crystal clear and helped us along this big change in our lives.We had a slightly fast-paced timeline as we were trying to take advantage of the CalHFA opportunity, and Rachel was very accommodating to meet at various open houses, setting up appointments, and discussing daily concerns at different times of the day. Even though we weren't able to find a home before the funds were gone, she was very determined to help us reach that goal and was very flexible with her schedule which we appreciated so much.Once we did lock-in on a potential home, she took every initiative to contact the seller's agent, find out additional important details, and kept us in the loop about everything to help us make the most informed decision. "After interviewing 6 Realtors I hired Bobby to help me with selling my property due to the fact he was quite knowledgeable AND also because he was the ONLY one to anticipate my particular needs that required thinking "outside the box." He quickly offered solutions/options explaining how smooth it could be done and gave me peace of mind. Because of his experience and knowledge he completely took the stress out of selling my home! His honesty, integrity, thoroughness in covering all bases and confidence put all parties involved with the sale at ease. Also, he actually encouraged me to list the property for more money than I was suggesting. Bobby saved me quite a bit of money in unneeded repairs and improvements while other realtors were telling me to spend tens of thousands of dollars on the property in order to list for sale. Bobby positioned the sale to sell quickly and sold it in "as is" condition and for 65,000 more than we listed. That amount was far above the dollar amount other Realtors advised me to list.
